Brent Turned 26 on Tuesday, but we have been so busy celebrating I am blogging late. We started off our Memorial weekend/ Birthday weekend by heading out to Lake Pleasant to go Sailing with my parents. We set sail just in time for sunset and enjoyed star gazing and the cool breeze on the lake. A cold front combined with being on the lake made being outside in Arizona fun. Genivieve and I spent most of our time in the cabin on the bed with the hatch open above us. Most relaxing place on the boat!

Genivieve will be 18 Months in July, so we thought we would take her into Nursery and let her test it out. She was a bit hesitant at first, but had fun as long as I stayed in the room. I think her favorite part was singing time and the lesson. She surprisingly was not a fan of snack time.
Monday we had a few good friends over to swim and BBQ. It was nice to spend time together and catch up. I was apparently enjoying the company so much that I didn't take any pictures of them. But I did get the traditional cake picture. Our Friend Sara made the cake and boy was it beautiful and tasty. Thanks Sara.
Happy Birthday Dear, one year older and wiser too! We sure love you.
