Tummy Time

Our little girl rolled over for the first time on March 24th! This was the next day and my goodness she is growing too fast!

Hollywood

Day tree and the last day of our trip, we spent in the hills of Hollywood and then had a delicious dinner at La Grande Orange in Pasadena. It was fabulous, thanks for the treat Auntie A!

Day 2: Kite Flying

After a busy day at Disneyland we needed some RnR so we head to the beach. We decided to go to Manhattan Beach and it was a great choice! It was a beautifully windy day, perfect for kite flying. We love to go kite flying! It is a tradition in our family and taking it to the beach was fabulous! It has been a while since I have been able to run in the sand and enjoy the waves rolling in... it was so relaxing!

Family Vacation Day 1: Disneyland!

My sister-in-law recently moved to L.A and invited us to come out, so she could spend time with Genivieve. So with spring break from classes Brent took a few days off work and we embarked on our first family vacation! It is a six hours drive to L.A. and with a two-month-old we were a little worried. But she was a champ and it was a great trip!

Day 1: Disneyland!
Auntie Andrea spent lots of time shopping with Vieve while Brent and I rides some rides. But since we are first time parents the hour long line without our sweet baby was so hard for us. So we mostly went on rides where Vieve could join in. Her first ride was Pirates of the Caribbean and she loved looking around!

She was wide eyed and looked like she enjoyed it. She also enjoyed the Jungle Cruise and her favorite was the Nemo ride! She LOVES our firsh tank and I don't think she even blinked on the 20 minute ride!

2 months already

I just noticed that we have not posted on here in a while. tisk tisk. I apologize. Well we have been busy with life and enjoyed having an interactive baby. She was two months old March 3rd, can we freeze time?  Vieve smiled for the first time at 7 weeks. She is selective on her smiles and sometimes its a lot of work to win her over but when she smiles, I just melt! It is the most amazing feeling.

Talking to mom, she is great company. She moves a lot its hard to get pictures of her in focus!

At her two month appointment she weighed 10 pounds3 ounces (50%) and 23 inches long (75%). She long, lean and very healthy!
